Richard Bruce Cheney, son of Richard Herbert Cheney & Marjorie Lauraine Dickey was born on the 30th of January, 1941 at Lincoln Nebraska. After 13 years of age, old, he emigrated along with his parents from Nebraska to Casper in the western region of Wyoming in Wyoming, where his father ran the local district of soil conservation to the U.S. Department of Agriculture.
