Angela Christine Watson [n e 12 November 1975Angela Christine Watson [born 12 November 1975] is an American model and actor best known for playing Karen Foster in Step by Step. Suzanne Somers played Carol Foster Lambert, one of her daughters. Angela Watson has a Master's degree from the Department of Curriculum and Instruction. She is also a National Board Certified teacher. She has more than 11 years of teaching experience as well as over a decade of experience as instructor coach. Angela, a former young teacher who created the website in 2003, wanted to offer practical suggestions for classrooms and inspire other teachers with a positive mentality so that they would enjoy the work they do. The website was initially called Ms. Powell's Management Ideas for Teachers. In 2008, it changed its title to The Cornerstone for Teachers in the honor of her book. Angela's 40-hour Workweek Program is used by over 45,000 school districts for improving productivity. The 40-Hour Workweek program, initially designed to be used by teachers, however now accessible to educators of all levels, including administrators, instructional coaches, and other school staff, helps educators be more conscious of their time.
